Kellogg's All-Bran Strawberry Bites with milk
1/2 cup milk
Snack:
1 cup coffee with fat free hazelnut cream
Lunch:
2 pieces pizza
water
2 (bought) chocolate chocolate chip cookies (I raided the church's cupboard for dessert. Pathetic, eh?)
Supper:
Toonie Twos-day KFC meal with gravy
water (can you believe I had water with KFC???)
Evening:
a few sips of the tasty raspberry milkshake I made Brendan, which he left over
